All prices listed are in INR. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments must be made securely via approved methods.
Only if the product,which is delivered, is wrongly sent to you then we'll accept the return and refund would also be considered according to situation. If after getting the product you want to return it then the shipping charges would be paid by the USER(customer or the person who ordered). All the products should return within 5-7 working days. After getting the returned product we will initiate for refund with some additional cuts accordingly, so asking for return will be fully responsible on the customer. NO RETURN would be accepted for CUSTOMISED ITEMS.
To get refund for any item you must contact us or apply for return within 12hours after your order is successfully been placed. Once if the refund is approved by SUPRISE THE GIFTS SHOP it will take upto 24-48 hours to process and credited to your original mode of payment. If you ask for refund after 12 hours of placing the order then there will be some charges cut from the total amount accoring to situation and product.
All the products will delivered within 3-7 working days. Details regarding shipping will shared with you on your number and gmail.
